Order is placed on May 31st and promised order date on June 4. Every day I receive the message that the order will be delivered today, and in the evening I will receive the message as follows:

I am fed up with this type of cheating by Purplle by debiting the money and not delivering the products. I am not getting any call from the delivery person.

I ordered a combo of three lipsticks from Mama Earth from the Purple app. When the parcel was delivered to me, I opened the sealed parcel box and saw that out of the three combo lipsticks from Mama Earth, two of them were lipsticks and one was missing.
I immediately returned and refunded the product on the Purple app, but I did not get any help or feedback from the Purple app.
I did not accept such actions or behavior from the Purple app. Please return the product and refund my money.

The lipstick I ordered of mamaearth brand is broken and damaged even used. When I raised return with uploading photos it's rejected the return request mentioning images not available.
Highly disappointed. And want my money back as it's damaged product received .

I have ordered some products and paid by Phn pay, and the money got deducted, but the order was not placed. Then I got a text that you will get a return within a week.
Then again I placed an order that was successful. Then I got my order, and after 3 or 4 days, the order I had placed the first time, which got canceled, was also delivered.
The delivery guy told me, 'Ma'am, it's paid, so take it and return it.' Then I did the same. I have returned it as well, but I didn't get any refund till now.

main hi product nahin chahta, mujhe isko return karna hai aur apna refund chahiye. aur agar aap wapas nahin lete ho, refund nahin karte ho to main purple ke against consumer court mein complaint kar doon.

I placed an order because it was showing a 2-hour delivery option thats the only reason I chose this service. But after delaying it 4 times, now its saying the delivery will be tomorrow.
This is really frustrating because I urgently need the product.On top of that, the customer service is not helpful at all. The AI chat is useless it only keeps giving pre-set questions and answers without solving anything. Theres not even a phone number to call and speak to a real person.
Extremely disappointing experience. I seriously hope the service improves.
